Luke lives in Carlsbad, CA with his wife Lindsey and two children, Sophia and Ezra.
Hi there! I’m Luke.
I started my career in the insurance industry in 2017 as a customer service rep at Arrowhead General Insurance Agency in Carlsbad, CA.
After learning the fundamentals of homeowners insurance, I began to help with underwriting tasks and slowly realized that underwriting is not really the best fit for my people-person, networking personality.
In 2018, I respectfully resigned from Arrowhead and took a position as a Producer with Craft Guard Insurance Services in Oceanside, CA and began to learn commercial insurance (General Liability, Worker’s Comp, Commercial Auto, Bonds, etc.). I learned so much working there, and because of that experience I felt confident that I go venture into the world of insurance as an Independent Agent/Broker.
Full of excitement, I began my onboarding with Orr and Associates as a licensed independent insurance broker for commercial P&C in January 2020.
In 2023 I expanded my expertise to include Life insurance in addition to P&C, proudly working with Gordon Marketing.
